An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Vineyard Manager to join our senior management team in the role of Regional Vineyard Manager – South East. This position would suit an experienced Vineyard Manager looking to broaden their skills, capability and experience in large-scale viticulture operations.
Located in the Coonawarra region, reporting to the Group Viticulturist, this senior position will assume full responsibility for our five sites located in Coonawarra, Wrattonbully and Beachport totalling over 600 hectares. Utilising modern equipment shared among multiple sites this position is responsible for all facets of vineyard management including team development and leadership, operational planning and execution, quality, target yields and cost control.
The preferred candidate will seek self-initiated personal development, aspire to deliver best in class outcomes, take pride in their team’s contribution and be committed to continuous improvement.
Candidates must be degree qualified in viticulture and have 10 years’ experience in a vineyard management role.
