We are looking for energetic and passionate people to join our Vintage 2019 team in the following roles:
Cellar Hands
Working across different parts of the winery, you will assist with a wide range of tasks, including transferring of juice and wine, crushing, pressing, clarification, and fermentation activities. Ideally you will have prior vintage or winery experience, however full training will be provided.
Laboratory Assistants
Working in our laboratory you will perform a wide range of routine analysis on juice and wine samples, while upholding the highest levels of accuracy and quality control. You will be able to run, calibrate and maintain all laboratory equipment and ensure records are kept up to date, including weighbridge and receival analysis. Prior winery laboratory or analytical experience will be highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
During the vintage period, the winery will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with vintage staff working up to 6 x 12-hour shifts per week.
