An exciting opportunity exists for experienced cellar door staff and people who are passionate about wine (with general wine knowledge) and creating exceptional customer experiences to join our young and dynamic team, which aspires to walk its own path in the wine industry.
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and engaging storytellers that thrives in a diverse, fast paced and bustling environment, who understand and can communicate the Handpicked’s aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle to the customer.
Working closely with the Management Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the ultimate Handpicked experience
- Demonstrating intimate knowledge of Handpicked Wines and our portfolio
- Achieving team sales goals
- Conducting cellar door tastings
- Wine retail sales
- Food & wine service
- Functions and events service
- General housekeeping duties including cleaning, moving stocks, etc.
