They understand that it takes a strong leader & the right team to continue pushing this venue to the next level; ultimately they are looking for an experienced manager to propel them to the top 3 in Australia.

About you
* 5 Years + experience managing a fine dining venue
* The ability to lead & mange a team
* Prior experience overseeing events & weddings
* Experience hiring a team - as an industry professional you know you need the right team for the job!
* Attention to detail & immaculate personal presentation
* Desire to be on the floor interacting with customers 
* Strong understanding of financials, budgets, forecasting, rostering & costings
* Communication is key! You will be comfortable communication with customers, staff & stakeholders
* Knowledge of wine - WSET 2 or above would be ideal but we understand you don't need accreditation if you have the experience
