Stella Bella Wines is a small and dynamic company, committed to producing the best wines from Southern Margaret River. We are seeking a Vineyard Operator to fulfil a key role in our production team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for (but not limited to) operating vineyard machinery on the 5 company vineyards totalling 60 hectares, spread throughout southern Margaret River.
Successful applicants will have the following attributes:
- Valid Australian Driver's license
- Experience in all vineyard machinery operations such as over row fungicide application, slashing/sweeping, net application and grape harvesting.
- The willingness to participate in & supervise all vineyard operations over a 38 hour week.
Other attributes that will contribute favourably to the position:
- Demonstrate compliance to OH&S procedures
- Be mechanically minded
- Have superior attention to detail enabling highest quality production
- Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be able to follow instruction
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Auschem, First Aid & Forklift accreditation,
