We are looking for a casual assistant ahead of our events season, to help with a busy roster of weddings, private tastings & functions through to large scale public events.
The role includes a minimum of two days per week for 9 months, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right person.
The successful applicant will be fully trained in the company, the wines, & cellar door sales before commencing event work.
The right applicant will be:
- Flexible - able to work weekends & out-of-hours events & functions as required
- Customer service focused with exceptional hospitality experience & a friendly demeanour
- Able to assist with the preparation, set up and pack down of a variety of events, from small lunches and dinners to weddings & larger events such as Oysters & Riesling
- Undertaking high level wine service and working as part of a hospitality team during functions at our exclusive Wine Chapel venue
- Unafraid of the dynamic nature of events, including physical work
- Able to help with all aspects of hospitality within the company, including cellar door sales & basic administrative duties as required
