Fishbone Wines is one of the Margaret River region’s favourite destinations, offering a unique cellar door experience and Japanese inspired casual dining.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team, 2-3 days a week, with experience in hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced environment to assist the Venue Manager with day to day operation of our busy cellar door.

The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, comfortable working in a team environment and be able to create a positive experience for every person that interacts with our establishment. The role may require weekend work, daytime hours only.

This role assists the Venue Manager with co-ordination of the daily operations of the cellar door, ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving sales and promoting the Fishbone brand.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in cellar door sales roles
  • Solid wine knowledge
  • WA unrestricted approved manager’s licence (or eligible to obtain one)
  • RSA qualification
  • Be motivated and hands on with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Availability and willingness to carry out weekend work
  • Own reliable transport
