Our farm
Glenarty Road is a fifth generation working family farm in the southern Margaret River region. Our cellar door and restaurant has become a destination for those seeking an honest and wholesome dining experience.
The role
We are looking for a dynamic Cellar Door Manager who has a keen interest in small batch, creative wines, a strong eye for detail and a desire to ensure our guests receive a high level of service.
This role will involve conducting informative yet relaxed tastings, growing and maintaining our wine club, DTC sales, and hitting sales targets. Skills in marketing and social media are a plus as well as previous restaurant service.
Successful applicants must have extensive wine knowledge, a positive 'can do' attitude, with excellent time management, communication and organisational skills as well as experience in stock control. They must have the ability to lead, manage and inspire a small team.
Applicants that are interested in a broad range of roles and responsibilities will have the ability to enjoy a diverse and hands on role within our agri tourism business.
Our cellar door is open 10-5 Thursday to Monday.
