Cellar Door Team Members
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team, with experience in hospitality and sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment to assist the Venue Manager with day-to-day operation of our busy cellar door.
The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, comfortable working in a team environment and be able to create a positive experience for every person that interacts with our establishment. The role will require daytime hours only.
This role assists the Venue Manager with co-ordination of the daily operations of the cellar door, ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving sales and promoting the Fishbone brand.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in hospitality or sales roles
- Wine knowledge
- RSA qualification
- Be motivated and hands on with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Availability and willingness to carry out weekend work
- Own reliable transport

Restaurant Team Members
What we are looking for are hospitality professionals, who are capable of working in our busy Japanese restaurant.
The right people for this role will have a commitment to customer service, a sound knowledge of food, basic wine knowledge, and the ability to work well in a busy team environment with a can-do attitude.
Previous experience in section waiting, making coffee and general restaurant operations is preferred but not essential.
You must hold RSA qualifications, have a bright and positive personality, and be well presented to be considered for the role. Due to the location of our establishment, it is essential that you have your own reliable transport.
We offer daytime hours, and the ideal candidates should be available for 5 days including weekend work but casual mid-week or weekend only positions are also available for the right candidates.
