Stella Bella Wines is a premium wine producer, committed to producing the best wines from Southern Margaret River. We are looking for a passionate and wine focused Assistant Vineyard Manager to help produce outstanding wines from our 5 unique Southern Margaret River vineyards.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Viticulturist. Applicants must demonstrate experience and competence in (but not be limited to) the following areas:
- Strong and positive work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- The motivation to curate and farm vineyards at the highest level to create wines of individuality and personality
- Minimum 5 years vineyard experience
- Sound operational and team management skills
- Awareness of the responsibilities and requirements for record keeping associated with OHS and the Wine Industry
- Be able to team build through education and leadership
- Good communication and computer skills
- A passion for the wine industry
- A sense of humour
A competitive salary package, including work vehicle and mobile phone, will be offered commensurate to experience.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
