Well-known, awarded Margaret River winery, Xanadu Wines is seeking an experienced professional to assist in managing our Food and Beverage department which includes restaurant & cellar door.
The applicant requires a strong background in food & beverage in a similar role, have excellent presentation and communication skills and possess extensive experience in the following areas;
•Hands on restaurant and event service
•Cellar door tasting and sales
•Staff supervision & training
