We are looking for a Full Time Duty Manager for our Food and Beverage operation. Working with the team you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service through our scenic beer garden overlooking Roebuck Bay, our full service restaurant and one of WA’s most innovative cocktail bars

We are looking for someone who:

Has ample experience in a bar and dining environment, supervising or managing a team

Has a great sense of fun, humour & is a team player
Maintain a well presented, clean & hygienic work environment
Will enjoy the day-to-day management of a busy and vibrant environment
Enjoys hard-work, is organised & friendly, loyal & honest, driven & enthusiastic
Has relevant Approved Managers License or willing to obtain and RSA
