At Moontide Distillery we produce crafted gin & spirits using local and native botanicals.  Our small but growing team is passionate about spirits and customer service.

We conduct Cellar Door tastings and distillery tours, highlighting our spirits and our Distillery operations.  We conduct in-house events and collaborate with many community based, off site events throughout the season.

Qualifications & experience

• Hospitality Management qualified - certificate, diploma or degree
• Minimum of 2 years in Hospitality Management role
• Experienced bartender and/or mixology and events management
• Experience training, motivating and managing a team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Deliver quality Cellar Door experiences to our Visitors
• Employ, train and manage the Cellar Door team
• Events management at the Cellar Door & off site events
• Attending Gin & Spirits Events throughout Australia
• Conduct gin & spirits masterclasses
• Liaising with Trade Customers – in Broome and WA
• Manage and monitor budgets
• Achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Creative input into our Cellar Door and distillery expansion
