These roles report daily to the Director of Food & Beverage and are intrinsic to the delivery of an ultra-premium wine experience to Club Members and their guests.

The successful candidates will possess demonstrable evidence of the following:
- Experience working within a 5 star beverage or wine environment - International Hotels, Private Clubs, Resorts, etc.
- Exceptional computer literacy
- Superior wine knowledge, including retail sales & stock control
- Exemplary written, verbal and mathematical communication skills
