Moo Moo the Wine Bar + Grill, Brisbane is looking for a Sommelier to join our award winning team!
Working in a high-end restaurant in a great team environment. Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill was established over 16 years ago and is a multi-award winning restaurant. With over 400+ plus wines on our 3 glass awarded extensive, international wine list.
We require an individual with a passion for wine and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining wine list
- Ordering, re-stocking and stock control
- Liasing with suppliers
- Orgaining staff wine training
Full-time position. Must have WSET Level 3 or be prepared to work towards.
Must be available to work a flexible roster including weekends.
