MANDARIN RETAIL STAFF - DO YOU HAVE WHAT WE SEEK?

We are seeking an outgoing Sales Professional to sell a variety of Premium Brands at the Int’l Airport within the JR Duty Free Stores.

You will be a strong, high-performing sales staff to represent our QLD team, with RELEVANT SALES EXPERIENCE and proven performance .

This role is ideally suited to a mature, experienced sales professional who enjoys making sales targets, and can enthusiastically learn and convey knowledge of premium alcohol brands to customers daily!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian Citizen or PR status
  • Current RSA
  • Fluent English and great communication skills
  • Strong Retail Sales skills and background in sales kpi’s & targets
  • Enthusiasm about Luxury Malt Whiskies, Cognacs, Gin, Rum and Wine.
  • Commitment to view this role as your own Territory, and these stores as your own , responsible for the sales of your Brands .
  • Enjoyment of competition and working hard to achieve sales daily.
  • No travel plans Dec-March.

We are NOT seeking:

  • Students or travellers for this role - we want you to enjoy and stay !
  • Customer Service experience - this is a full SALES role with targets.

“Retail Experience” that is actually serving in cafes, sushi bars etc - we need you to already have developed actual sales experience you can adapt to selling alcohol face to face with customers successfully.
