Levantine Hill is a Yarra Valley estate and winery producing exceptional wines handcrafted without compromise, made by renowned winemaker, Paul Bridgeman. Founded by the Jreissati family, this family-owned estate is pure testament to the passion and toil of dedicated human hands and man’s tenuous relationship with the nurturing love of Mother Nature.

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, the core focus of this position is to substantially grow distribution and sales across the entire brand portfolio in the State of Queensland.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve exceptional distribution and sales growth in the territory.
• Have a particular focus on the On premise channel, developing high-profile account listings.
• Development and maintenance of a structured monthly call cycle, achieving a mutually agreed number of daily sales calls, and ensuring regular replenishment orders are achieved.
• Implementing promotional activity to drive sales pull-through and build brand awareness.
• Developing and hosting premium trade and consumer wine tastings and events.
• Manage and host premium trade and consumer wine tastings and events. Provide post event reports.
• Weekly sales reporting and CRM management.

The successful applicant must have the following:

• A proven successful sales achievement in the QLD premium/ultra-premium wine market.
• Extensive knowledge of, and a passion for fine wine.
• Ability to work autonomously, be hands on and resourceful.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• University degree in business or similar.
• Very high level of attention to detail.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
