About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, service minded Sales & CRM Support Manager to support our senior leadership team. 

What you would be doing

You will be responsible for the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales team by providing administrative and operational support whilst being the conduit between Sales and our CRM interface.

Your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist & support the QLD Sales Team with sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage administer the CRM (Microsoft Power Bi, Stay in Front, Brand Print) actively manage client accounts, activity and reporting. 
  • Coordinate the delivery of monthly / quarterly client reporting for our key trading partners.
  • Oversee the end to end management of marketing campaigns to ensure their smooth and effective function.
  • Provide detailed reports to the National & State Sales Managers, extracted from our CRM.
  • Assist the Events with coordination of various events (Sales meetings, conferences, client networking events, education and marketing programs, etc). 
  • Coordinate the institutional sales meeting, recording minutes and ensuring action points are followed up. 
  • Work with the QLD State Manager, to manage the status of client agreements and track any updates or follow up required. 
  • Coordinate billing & invoice related queries on behalf of sales team.
  • Coordinate Travel, Leave, Expenses & Promotional Calendars related to the QLD sales team.

The role involves integrating financial, shipment, quality, and operational data in an insightful way to drive deep understanding of our customers and how to serve them and developing tools and processes to support efficient Sales and Marketing operations.

Experience & Education Requirement?

  • Be proactive, show initiative and be self-motivated 2-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in a related industry (Liquor Industry preferred but not essential).
  • Strong experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Advanced experience in Sales Force/CRM software
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of distribution and logistics concepts.
