Cargo Road Wines is an environmentally responsible, holistically managed [link removed] vineyard with a strong focus on regenerative agriculture.
The vineyard is located at 860 meters above sea level, on the sheltered northern slopes of Mount Canobolas, Orange in Central Western NSW. It was established in 1983 and is now a successful 16 hectare vineyard with a range of red and white wines - our signature varieties are Gewurztraminer and Zinfandel.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, versatile individual to join our family owned business.

This position will provide the successful applicant with diversity in all facets of our wine operations. Managing cellar door, Airbnb management, administration, and processing domestic, export and wine club sales all form part of this exciting role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will be experienced with a high standard of personal presentation with a passion for wine.
This position requires:
- Expertise in cellar door and/or hospitality
- Current RSA
- Drivers license
- Excellent customer service
- Reliability and flexibility
- Self-motivation
- Weekend availability
- Teamwork
- Demonstrated understanding of work, health and safety responsibilities
- Clear communication
- Thorough knowledge of customer relationship management systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to adapt to changing work priorities in a fast-paced organization
- High level of attention to detail in presentation of the property and surrounds
