PAYROLL OFFICER (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are looking to appoint a Payroll Officer to work within our Human Resources Department located at our Bilbul Head Office. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role involves a range of activities including:

  • Preparation and input of weekly wages
  • Processing of EFT payments
  • Processing of PAYG payments and Payroll Tax
  • Assisting in end of month/end of year functions
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes
  • Maintaining records
  • Providing assistance in all general Human Resources activities

We are seeking a self-organised, committed and enthusiastic individual who is willing and determined to learn all aspects of the payroll/human resources function. The successful applicant will be required to work both individually and in a team environment, possess computing/data entry skills, have sound attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines as well as be able to support the functions of the Human Resources department.
