With focus on bulk wine sales to some of the largest buyers in the world and now a movement into more packaged goods for export sales. With Production and storage at local facilities we are a strong believer in the quality of Riverland Wines and the future growth potential.
Your Position
This is multi role position which involves coordinating the dispatch of orders, packaging coordination, managing wine movements and financial assistance. You will work closely with our winemaker to ensure all orders placed are delivered to the deadlines set. This involves coordinating with numerous people involved from Production to Shipping. Having patience and good coordinating skills are a key to the role.
The position will be 3 days a week with random weeks 5 days.
Essential Responsibilities.
Organise the logistics and documentation for the dispatch of export wine. Apply for Export approvals and certificate
Coordinate all truck movements within strict timelines
Applications for required analysis and approvals for shipments.
Planning all domestic dispatches with buyer and winery
Management of stock control systems.
Entering tank movement data into Ezy Wine Program
Assisting Packaged goods coordinator with planning and production.
Negotiating supply of goods.
Liaison with the Winemaker on the wine management.
Assisting in invoicing and reconciliations of accounts.
Purchase orders, receipts and filling
Assisting in Cellar Door Sales
General office duties
Your skills required are
- A high level of administration and office operations knowledge
- A level of accounting knowledge
- Ability to communicated and coordinate with many departments.
- Strong planning and control skills.
- Ability to multi task and manage priorities
- A knowledge and passion for in wines Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Xero and Ezy Wine would be helpful.
- Patient and able to set your own agenda to get the tasks completed.
- Able to work in a smaller team.
