An exciting opportunity for a passionate viticulturist, agriculturalist or experienced farmer looking for a change. We are an award winning vineyard in Heathcote, currently transitioning to full organic practice. Producing exceptional wines from the grapes grown on our Estate Vineyard.
Full-time position reporting directly to the Vineyard Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tractor operations including spraying, slashing
- Hands on vine and canopy maintenance including pruning, wire lifting
- Maintenance of vineyard infrastructure and machinery
- Maintenance of vineyard irrigation system and equipment
- Pest and disease monitoring
- Supervision of casual and contract staff
