We seeking an experienced and enthusiastic full-time Assistant Vineyard Manager to join our team at Lake Marmal, Victoria as we continue our growth as one of Australia's largest suppliers to the domestic and international wine markets. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager this position is responsible for supporting the management of vineyard operations to ensure defined quality and yield standards are met within budget parameters and vineyards are maintained in optimal condition.

We are seeking applicants with vineyard and staff management experience. Qualifications in viticulture, agri-business management or a related field is desirable but not essential.

This position would suit someone who is proactive, hands on and results driven with strong team leadership and planning skills. A commitment to innovation, work health and safety, continuous improvement and efficient viticultural practices is crucial.
