Union Bridge Brewery and Distillery is a Restaurant and Cellar Door located in Cudlee Creek in the Northern Adelaide Hills. Having only opened in September, the team have created a destination like no other and quickly becoming a must visit location. With a strong focus on locality, foraging and the South Australian food community, and a great respect for the high quality of food available, the team deliver a tasting menu experience championing these ingredients, while letting the team’s own personalities and talents shine through.

Union Bridge currently have opportunities for Cellar Door and Front of House professionals to join our growing team. The roles are ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about working in the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for our guests, as well as developing their own skills in a supportive and passionate environment. All whilst working in a picturesque location in the Adelaide Hills. 

The ideal person(s) will have the following:

• A keen passion in the hospitality industry, food, beer, spirits, wine and meaningful human connection
• Conducting warm, welcoming and specialised cellar door experiences
• Maintaining Union Bridge's high standards
• The ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
• A positive attitude, progressive thinking and a willingness to embrace our vision

Responsibilities include:

FOH Staff

• Providing exceptional customer service and interactions with guests
• Work as a strong team member to achieve daily service objectives
• Hosting tables
• Gain an understanding of daily menu and drinks list
• Serve dishes
• Set and clear tables
• Assist in restaurant set up and packed-down
• Wear uniforms to a high standard

Bar Staff

• A genuine love of Beer, Spirits and Wine, and meeting new people
• Proven expertise in cellar door and/or hospitality
• Some Cocktail experience would be an advantage
• Polishing Glasses and maintaining the Bar Area
• Conducting warm, welcoming and specialised cellar door experiences
• Providing exceptional customer service and interactions with guests
• Work as a strong team member to achieve daily service objectives
• Hold a current RSA certificate valid in South Australia, RP badges also preferred

• Union Bridge takes staff well being and work life balance very seriously, and although occasional evening shifts will be required for special services and events, this is a predominately lunch offering and hours are reflective of that
