Tasting Room Ambassador

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, hardworking and talented individual to join the Seabrook Wines team as a part-time, Tasting Room Ambassador.

As a small, but growing family business, the incumbent will be exposed to a diverse range of responsibilities and challenges. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about wine, have exceptional customer service skills, and be a self-starter that is highly motivated and proactive.

Supporting the Tasting Room Manager, this is a hands-on role with scope to develop and grow within the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing exceptional, personal and tailored wine tasting experiences to all visitors to our Tasting Room;
  • Accurately and passionately sharing the stories of our wines, brand and journey;
  • Ensuring the immaculate presentation of the Tasting Room and facilities;
  • Actively promoting the brand, the wines, and overall experience;
  • Creating the foundations for long-term customer relationships;
  • Recruiting new members to our Seabrook Wine Club;
  • Processing instore and online customer orders and entering data with meticulous precision;
  • And assisting the Tasting Room Manager with general day to day duties.

This role will begin as a part-time role with weekend work required
