Elderton Wines, a family-owned icon of the Barossa Valley, is seeking a results-driven and personable DTC Sales Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to represent a premium wine brand with a loyal customer base and a rich heritage.

Your Mission:
As DTC Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through proactive outbound engagement with our strong and loyal customer database. You’ll build meaningful relationships, convert interest into sales, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the warmth and quality of the Elderton brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to existing and prospective customers to drive wine sales.
  • Develop and execute targeted call campaigns aligned with seasonal releases and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and wine education during every interaction.
  • Support Cellar Door operations as needed, delivering memorable in-person experiences.
  • Represent Elderton at select events, tastings, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and offers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality—wine industry experience preferred.
  • Confident communicator with a warm, engaging phone presence.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for connecting with people.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing call lists.
  • Wine knowledge (WSET or equivalent) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Flexibility to support occasional weekend or evening events.
