About the role
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, well-organised manager to lead the important Direct to Consumer (DtC) sales activities for both Taltarni and Clover Hill. Based at the winery in Central Victoria and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing the operation of the Taltarni and Clover Hill wine clubs, direct sales offers, events, visitation and a wide range of customer engagement opportunities. You will manage the development and execution of the Wine Clubs and e-Commerce sales and marketing activations to grow online sales and strategically recruit new members in this rapidly growing sales channel.

Skills and experience
To be the successful applicant, your previous role(s) will need to demonstrate that you are a strategically minded, financially savvy and results-oriented manager. Customer service is central to this DtC Manager role. So you should enjoy, and excel at, communicating the energy, commitment, sophistication and fun which are the ethos of the company's compact management team. You should be a creative thinker, a detail-oriented multi-tasker who reliably meets deadlines. Your previous experience will almost certainly include wine (or other beverage-alcohol) sales, or a strong understanding of wine. You will need experience in the most of the following: e-sales, CRM, events, digital sales and marketing – all underpinned by sound IT skills (in Microsoft Office/ CRM /E-commerce systems).
