The South Gippsland Wine Company is a dynamic organic wine producer based near Leongatha in South Gippsland. We are at the forefront of sustainable production and have planted 10,500 trees and built a low input winery.

Our approach to viticulture is based upon skilled and careful human input. Our hands on approach requires a person who is physically fit, has a strong work ethic and an ability to contribute to on-going management discussions. Applicants for the role of Vineyard Operator must have the following skills:

·        Vine pruning, training and a canopy management skills

·        Operating and maintaining tractors and machinery

·        The ability to work unsupervised and maintain a high quality of work
