Restaurant Manager (Salary Position)
Club Eastside is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager. You will manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines, to high standards, providing great customer service to members and guests. This role will provide operational support to the General Manager, assisting with overall club procedures and development with the potential for progression to Club Operations Manager for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an operational leadership role with a passion for Food & Beverage.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent people management skills with a focus on staff training and motivation.
- Dedication to delivering a quality guest experience and food & beverage products.
- The ability to develop and execute promotional campaigns for F&B outlets
- Stock control, cost of goods, wage control, rostering, and cash handling experience.
- The ability to inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service to every guest at every opportunity.
- TAB, KENO, and gaming machine experience would be an advantage
To be successful in this salaried role, you must have unlimited work rights in Australia and be available to work varied shifts including late evenings and weekends as per business demands.
