Based at our NATA Accredited Merbein Packaging facility, this full time position will see you responsible for conducting a range of laboratory analyses on wine products pre and post packaging. 

Laboratory experience, particularly regarding Wine Industry analytical techniques, is highly desirable.  Key responsibilities will include:

• Routine & non-routine analysis on wine samples by chemical and microbiological methods
• Documenting and reporting of laboratory data
• Preparing all solutions utilised by the laboratory & Wine Tasting laboratory, as required.
• Conducting scheduled calibration checks for all laboratory equipment and reporting equipment faults.
• Monitoring stocks of laboratory consumables.
• Maintaining a clean & safe working environment within the laboratory in compliance with company HSE Policies and Quality Management System
• Other technical duties as required
