The Tasting Room at East End Cellars launched 6 years ago adding a wine bar experience. Since then the offering has expanded to offer an a la carte dining experience, exclusive functions, street parties and involvement in Tasting Australia. We are looking for a Full Time Bar Supervisor to take The Tasting Room to the next level.
East End Cellars, opened 23 years ago as the premier fine wine merchant in Adelaide. The Tasting Room launched 6 years ago adding a wine bar experience. Since then the offering has expanded to offer an a la carte dining experience, exclusive functions, street parties and involvement in Tasting Australia.
We are looking for a Full Time Bar Supervisor to take the Tasting Room to the next level. This role works closely with the new FOH Supervisor; under the guidance of the General Manager. Here is why we think you’ll love it:

- While responsible for the smooth running of bar operations you will also be involved in large events and degustation dinners;

We are looking for an individual that is seeking to take ownership of the role, develop consistency in beverage presentation, ensure accuracy in takings, be willing to role up their sleeves and build a fun, skilled and customer focused team.
