Wine Admin and Marketing Assistant (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

This part time role (20-25 hours per week) will encompass a broad range of tasks across our small, family-run wine company. 

The following will form your day to day responsibilities:

  • Working with the leadership team to assist in developing & executing authentic and on brand and strategy and content for
    • Wine Club
    • EDM's
    • Social media, including Instagram, Facebook
    • Newsletters
  • Keeping our website on point, including updates on the homepage, landing page, collections, navigation & products
  • Overseeing our customer database and our wine club program
  • Assist with events
  • Collaborating with our sales team to develop & execute campaigns
  • Create/develop advertising and promotional branded digital & printed collateral
  • Manage internal content library & internal team documents.
  • General admin duties.

 

This role requires a team player who can adapt quickly, and who can prioritise their own workload.

The position also involves helping with events and admin duties for a wine company, so previous experience in the wine industry and a friendly personable manner is important. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is also required.
