Tinlins is based in McLaren Vale and is part of the Randall Wine Group. Together, with Ryecroft & Seppeltsfield, we focus on premium wines for the Australian and World markets.
We are currently looking for an experienced operator to join our McLaren Vale vineyard team and our family of long term and committed employees. The position is full time with overtime opportunities which arise with seasonal demands.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have hands on vineyard experience
- Be competent in operating and maintaining various vineyard plant and equipment, ie tractors, slashers and spray carts.
- Ability to work well both unsupervised and in a team environment
- Have a strong work ethic
- Possess excellent time management and communication skills and demonstrate the ability follow procedures and work safely.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in the operation of machine harvesters
- Experience in carrying out trellis repairs and maintenance
- A Chemical Handlers certificate or willingness to obtain one
- MR Drivers licence
