An exciting opportunity to become THE Senior Marketing Co-ordinator for a new and growing hospitality group has just become available! Do you love all things food, beverage and hospitality related? Are you an experienced marketing whiz who is passionate about business growth and industry connectivity? Then this may be the role for you. Our newly established Hospitality Group currently has 4 businesses under its belt, including 3 restaurants and 1 E-Commerce retail business, with plans for continued growth including additional venues in 2022.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Experience overseeing marketing programs for multiple venues
- Prior experience working for a large group is highly preferred
- Knowledge of business management & brand management
- Experience managing a marketing budget
- Fabulous time management skills
- Leadership, with experience managing multiple teams
- Experience with EDM systems Mailerlite, Mailchimp, and Website hosts Squarespace, Wordpress is preferred.
- Experience with Google & Instagram/Facebook advertising & basic SEO knowledge is also highly attractive.
Your role would entail:
- Developing marketing strategy for 4 businesses + company
- Engage and maintain relationships with industry and appropriate media
- Manage in-house marketing team
- Drive business growth through advertising and marketing
- Develop and refine marketing campaigns
- Provide date and reports on marketing, events and objectives
- Develop and maintain marketing budget
- Oversee social media management
- Oversee website maintenance + development for all businesses
- Help organise and oversee event execution
