Role Overview:
We are looking for a proven wine marketer to help us build our portfolio of wines by putting the consumer at the heart of strategy and execution. With a strong understanding and intuition for the wine category, an ability to simplify strategy and convert to action, a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for design aesthetics, this is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial, “self-starter” marketer to make a difference. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with all parts of the business, the Senior Brand Manager role will be responsible for brand strategy and planning, development of creative and campaigns and implementation across all our channels and priority markets. With a heavy emphasis on digital communications and earned media/PR this part time role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of wine and make an impact on our brand’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels, that reflects our heritage, values, and vision.
- Drive brand planning initiatives, leveraging market insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conceptualize and execute captivating marketing campaigns that engage and inspire our audience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from content creation to visual identity and packaging.
- Craft compelling content that brings our winery's rich history, craftsmanship, and unique offerings to life.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce visually stunning materials that capture the essence of our brand.
- Drive engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the wine or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and engage diverse audiences.
- Deep knowledge of the wine industry, particularly the Barossa region, is highly desirable.
