Sales Representative / Consultant (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Swan Wine Group is one of the leading companies in the Australian Wine Industry, dedicated to promoting the country's finest wine to the World. Some of our fine vineyards located in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, two of the most prominent wine regions of South Australia.

Due to company development, we currently have an opportunity for two experienced and passionate wine industry sales to join our enthusiastic team.

 

1 based in Adelaide SA

1 based in Sydney NSW

 

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, responsibilities will include:

• Identifying markets, growing sales, and promoting awareness of the product range.
• Building relationships with both existing and prospective customers and key accounts to drive sales revenue.
• Analyze existing and potential customer needs.
• Taking orders and managing customers.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
• Work within budgets, deadlines, and KPIs.
• Support the promotion of our products with digital and traditional media.

 

You will have the following:

• Strong knowledge and experience in wine sales.
• A proven track record of consistent performance in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Some exposure to social media and traditional marketing collateral.
• Ability to work unsupervised and with flexibility for interstate travel.
• The enthusiasm of the industry and the products.
• Advanced business acumen and negotiation skills.
• WSET qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Current Drivers license.
