An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our internationally focussed wine sales team.
Based at our Kent Town office, reporting to the Commercial Trading Manager this position works closely with our Export Sales Managers key responsibilities include brand development, managing social media accounts and providing exceptional administrative and customer-focussed sales support helping strengthen important international customer relationships.
Key responsibilities of this important role include brand development including packaging, web and social media design, development of sales and marketing materials, market research, monitoring social media activity, responding to customer requests and maintaining records as well as managing wine reservations, forecasts and drawdowns. The position also assists with preparing tender documents and sales reports, driving system improvements and liaising regularly with the winery team in relation to coordinating product specifications and customer visits.
With a single minded focus on outstanding customer service and satisfaction, the ideal candidate will be a solutions and outcomes driven team player who exudes professionalism, initiative and resourcefulness. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, proven graphic design experience and demonstrated experience in an administrative or sales support role is a must.
