PRODUCTION COORDINATOR AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

• This is a full time position based in Adelaide with some travel to the Barossa required.

• This role reports to and works in conjunction with our Logistics/Customer Relations Manager.

Production duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring company dry goods meet all statutory regulations and specifications for both domestic and international markets
• Arranging for the ordering and ensuring the timely delivery of all dry goods for bottlings.
• Maintaining a close working relationship with third party bottling company and all suppliers.
• Ensuring all wines have the correct information for labels/cartons etc.
• Obtaining all necessary analysis for export
• Arranging all bottlings in co-ordination with the winemaking team.
• Being on call to answer and queries during bottlings
• Attending bottlings  to ensure quality control

Administrative duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with export certificates, credit insurance and some invoicing.
• Interact with domestic distributors and international importers.
• Be willing to represent the brand intermittently at wine tastings, trade events and with visiting customers.
