About the business
Mr. Riggs Wine Company is a small wine brand based in McLaren Flat. We have a small team and are looking to expand with the help of an administration all rounder.
About the role
The role is a support role to the Finance and Production Manager, as well as coordinating logistics both domestic and export. The role is casual with flexible hours starting from a minimum of 20 hours a week. It has the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Includes every day tasks such as:
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry
- Accounts Receivable Invoicing
- Accounts Enquiries
- Stock On Hand Management
- Mail Order and Sample Despatching
- Customer Liasion
- Supplier Liasion
- Domestic and Export Stock Despatches
- Banking
- PA Support to the Managing Director and Sales Manager
- Cellar Door support
Skills and experience
- Bookkeeping Experience is essential.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Wine Industry experience is highly regarded.
