Oxenberry Farm is a combined winery, café, accommodation and function destination in
McLaren Vale, South Australia. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a full-
time general manager for this unique enterprise with commencement of job for January
2021.
Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to...
Overseeing the daily functions of the business / working alongside the 2IC in service of cafe
and cellar door operations.
Working with the Head Chef and the 2IC to operate daily service, menu changes / specials /
staff rostering, training and employment etc
Managing functions / weddings / catering requirements
Managing advertising and marketing of business (Facebook, Instagram, website)
Growing the cellar door sales and functions & weddings
Overseeing and marketing of 3 deluxe bed & breakfast
Daily duties including coffee making etc, customer service a MUST
Working hand in hand with all staff to complete a safe, team, friendly and growing work environment.
