About the role
This autonomous role will support the Managing Director in all Finance and administrative areas of the business. Although listed as full-time, this role has the possibility of being part-time (0.8) for the right candidate based on skills, experience and organisation.
Includes key responsibilities such as (but not limited to):
- Monthly Board Reports /Management reporting
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
- Cashflow Management
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Management
- Stock On Hand Management
- Oversee Production activities
- Bulk Wine cost management
- HR / Payroll Management
- Management ICT
- Customer & Supplier Liasion
- Bank and external Accountant Liasion
- Other administrative requirements
