Cellar Hand (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

The ideal person must be a quick learner, capable of multitasking under pressure & be able to prioritise duties, whilst having an awareness of what is going on around them & taking direction from the Cellar Manager and Winemaking team.

The ability to cooperate & thrive in a small group environment is vital, & a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.

Job Requirements:

• Previous cellar experience is essential, while a licence to perform high risk work (forklift) will be an advantage.
• Able to perform cellar duties such as: crushing, ferment management, additions, clarification, pressing, racking, oak work & general winery hygiene.
• An ability to follow all mandatory winery & WHS procedures.
• Physically fit

• Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency and a current driver’s licence.

Immediate commencement for the right applicant. Wine Industry Award Grade 2-5 will be considered.
