We are the leading supplier of South Australia bulk wine, providing our clients with a range of services from wine supply through bottling to packaging and export.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible to the Winemaker for carrying out all cellar operations, routine tasks and other occasional tasks as required.
- To undertake cellar operations, in accordance with established operating procedures, under the supervision of the Winemaker.
- To operate and maintain cellar plant and machinery as direction.
- To carry out cleaning tasks as directed and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- To handle and use winery chemicals in accordance with standard operating procedures and with established WH&S guidelines.
- To assist as appropriate with maintenance of winery facilities.
- Fill in on bottling line as needed.
- Other relevant and appropriate duties as directed from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in cellar operations.
- Forklift license desirable.
- Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and to accept direction by senior staff
- Must be able to work cooperatively with other staff members in a small team environment
