The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, passionate wine lover to work mid-week in our McLaren Vale cellar door.
Is this for you?
The successful applicant will have:
- A keen passion for hospitality, food and wine
- A sound understanding of the styles and properties of wine
- Experience in a sales and customer service role
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Duties
The successful applicant will perform the following duties according to the guidelines of our Cellar Door manual:
- Telling the Primo Estate story
- Serving wine & olive oil
- Processing sales
- Signing up mailing list & club members
- Polishing glasses
- Preparing tasting plates
- Cleaning plates and tables
- Opening & closing the Cellar Door
- Till Reconciliation
