Chapel Hill Winery in McLaren Vale is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Cellar Door team. We strive to create a memorable experience for our guests with a diverse offering of high quality wine, produce and merchandise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a dedicated and well-presented individual with excellent verbal communication and time management skills. The ability to work shifts over a 7-day roster is essential. You will also need:
- Strong wine knowledge;
- At least two years previous wine retail or sales experience;
- A high level of commitment to customer service;
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a small team;
- To be able to work weekends;
- High standards of personal presentation and grooming;
- A strong sales focus;
- A current Australian driver's licence;
- To hold a South Australian RSA certification;
- This role is 3 to 4 days per week including weekends. Approx. 25 to 30 hrs per week.
- Mandarin speaking is advantageous but not mandatory.
