The Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Storeperson to work alongside our warehouse manager for operations mainly concerning order fulfilment, goods inwards and outwards including imports and general warehouse business

The successful applicant will have:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Prior experience working in boutique warehousing
- Sound computer literacy, experience in order processing/fulfilment
- An eye for detail, cleanliness and efficiency
- A natural drive to achieve great results and work independently
- Excellent people skills
- A desire to develop their skills

Duties
The successful applicant will perform the following duties in line with the guidelines of our warehouse manual and company playbook, which require fast, efficient and thorough work performed in good spirits
- Picking & packing orders
- Liaising and working with couriers
- Container unloading when required
- Stocktaking
- Goods inwards
- Stock transfers
- Adhering to and following OHS procedures as specified by warehouse manager and warehouse manual
- Forklift operation
- Working in coolrooms for long periods
- General maintenance including regular sweeping, cleaning and tidiness
- Maintaining Bay System in line with warehouse manual
- Maintenance of company vehicles
Reporting Line
The successful applicant will report directly to the warehouse manager and ultimately be answerable to the general manager
