About the role
The successful applicant must be a team-oriented individual, with the ability to lead and motivate a small but experienced team. You must have a strong attention to detail, time management skills and must be able to coordinate multiple tasks while being hands on. The role is diverse, challenging and rewarding for the right person.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager this exciting position will primarily be responsible for coordinating daily, weekly, and seasonal vineyard work while managing a vineyard team. You will also be working closely with the viticulture and workshop teams.

Skills and experience
Experience of implementing quality control and environmental control systems, OHS policy, and other vineyard systems will also be beneficial. Truck licence MR is required, forklift tickets, tractor experience, chemical handling certs, and other related qualification would be of a benefit as well. A range of skills sets is a requirement and must have mechanical experience, with vineyard knowledge of operations across a range of varieties, types and regions, will be highly regarded.
