The Lane Vineyard has been a benchmark for dining and wine tasting experiences in the Adelaide Hills since opening its doors in 2007. The winery focuses on Single Vineyard wines made with outstanding winemaking and uncompromising commitment to quality.
This same attention to detail is now required in a highly motivated individual to direct, develop and execute all forms of our estate-based hospitality including dining at the restaurant, tasting wines, functions and other visitor experiences.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have full P&L accountability for the award winning Hospitality and Wine Experiences offered by The Lane. The person we seek to lead our dedicated team must be committed to delivering memorable dining experiences for our loyal customers. Demonstrated management experience is mandatory. Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, strong commercial acumen with ability to think strategically, a high level of wine appreciation and excellent understanding of culinary focussed tourism.
An attractive salary package will be offered commensurate with your experience and ability. Some weekend work required.
