The Opportunity
The successful applicants will help the team bring the Krondorf wine story to life daily through consumer education and will also provide outstanding customer service in our cellar door, wine bar as well as through the execution of our food experience.
The Cellar Door is open 11am-7pm Thursday - Monday and we are looking for motivated individuals to join the team that have the flexibility to work on weekends and during the week.
Key Shift Responsibilities
- Delivering a high level of customer service in wine & food
- Conduct guided wine tastings for small groups with the assistance of the Management team
- Communicating and interacting with a varying range of customers
- Converting tastings into sales
- Signing up new VIP wine club members
- Cellar Door venue presentation standards
- Warehouse orders, packing & dispatching
- Being an Ambassador for the Krondorf Brand & Barossa Valley
- Team first work ethic
Skills & Experience Required
- Must have a current SA RSA certificate
- Available to work weekends
- Physically able to pack wine & move stock
- The skills to work autonomously and in a team
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Just two years later in 1980 Krondorf achieved Australia’s most acclaimed wine award, winning the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy with a red 'Burgundy'.
