Greenock Estate Wines is a family-owned Barossa Valley winery showcasing our new Cellar Door Tasting Room in Tanunda. Our aim is to deliver unique experiences to our global guests that reflect our exceptional part of the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated casual Cellar Door & Wine Club Coordinator with the skill and know-how to support the delivery of our vision to provide a positive and memorable customer experience.

About the role

Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, the role will suit a broadly-skilled individual who is able to:

  • Represent and promote the Greenock Estate Wines brand to the public, guests and industry professionals alike.
  • Host tastings, generate wine sales and organise orders.
  • Present the tasting room in it’s best light, manage cellar door inventory and reconcile daily banking.
  • Develop and grow the Greenock Estate Wine Club.
  • Proactively maintain the CRM database.
  • and provide administrative support where needed to our small team.

About the person

The ideal person will possess a broad knowledge and love of wine coupled with a natural exuberance when dealing with people. Cellar door customer experience is highly desirable and a current Responsible Service of Alcohol is necessary.
